I dont go through life thinking about the previous few minutes of my day. And yet this app (basis peak and the Apple Health summations) seem mostly aimed at analyzing teeny blocks of time. Why must my nights sleep be spread between two days? I dont reflect on my nights sleep in before midnight and after midnight segments. Maybe a month isnt long enough for me to find the magic in its design. So far the uptake of data seems to be its design strength. Still I have not found a construct that shows me what all those data streams are. Only the first 4.
